"Studying at the University of Tsukuba was more than an academic exchange. It became a journey of self-discovery. Living independently taught me resilience, and meeting people from different cultures broadened my perspective and reminded me to embrace life with curiosity and an open mind.

There were moments of uncertainty and homesickness, but they shaped me into someone more confident, grateful, and grounded. Beyond the lectures and assignments, Japan gave me the space to heal, reconnect with myself, and find a renewed sense of purpose. I return home with unforgettable memories, lifelong friendships, and a stronger belief in myself.
